We're on a mission to make accountability feel more human again.
Hey there,
If you're reading this, you've probably got something you've been meaning to do.
Maybe it's getting back into the gym. Finishing that assignment. Applying for the job. Starting the side project you've been talking about for months. Whatever it is, we're willing to bet the problem isn't that you don't know what to do.
You probably do.
That was the question we couldn't stop thinking about. If we're surrounded by calendars, reminders, AI, productivity apps and more advice than ever before, why do so many of us still struggle to follow through?
The more we thought about it, the more we realised something.
The moments we've been most consistent haven't usually been because of an app. They've been because someone else knew what we were working towards.
A friend who checked in.
A teammate who was counting on us.
A family member who asked how it was going.
Someone who simply cared.
That's why we created Meau.
The name comes from "me and you" because we believe accountability works best when it's shared. We're social by nature. Just like birds fly further together than they do alone, we think people are more likely to honour their commitments when someone is flying alongside them, not to judge them, but to encourage them. We're not trying to replace your calendar or your to-do list. They're already great at reminding you what you planned to do.
We're building something for everything that happens after that.
A place where your promises don't have to stay private. Where someone can celebrate your wins, help you through the setbacks and remind you why you started in the first place.
We're still in the early days, and honestly, we're figuring a lot of this out alongside people like you.
If our mission resonates with you, we'd love for you to join the flock.
After all, some journeys are simply better together.
